He's outrageously tall, shooting above two meters and pretty lanky, but he doesn't hesitate in casting Atomic Flare, a bright blue nuclear explosion in Nero's position with severe damage. ]
[ Nero knows how to fight but more importantly he knows how to dodge an attack or two. Atomic Flare manages to leave a few him with a few scratches and it's nothing too damaging. ]

[ 45 has evasive equipment combined with how speedy she is in the first place, so she easily gets out of Nero's way and shoots his head several times with rubber bullets. Nothing fatal. ]
